π¦ Shipping & Delivery (India & International)
We aim to ship your order as quickly and safely as possible. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Pan-India Shipping:
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above βΉ799. For orders below βΉ799, a nominal shipping fee is applied at checkout. -
Delivery Timeline:
Orders are typically delivered within 3β7 business days within India, depending on your location. -
International Shipping:
Currently, we accept international orders from select countries. Shipping charges and delivery timelines vary based on destination and will be shown during checkout.
Note: Renuvan reserves the right to cancel international orders if shipping to remote or restricted areas incurs abnormally high freight charges.
π Customs & Import Duties (For International Orders)
We do not cover customs duties or local taxes for international shipments. These charges, if applicable, will be billed directly by your local customs or courier service.
If you refuse to pay the customs charges and the parcel is returned to us, any return shipping and duties will be deducted from your refund.

You have 90 days from the date of delivery to return your order if you're not satisfied. To initiate a return, simply email us at: care@renuvan.in with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, weβll initiate your refund within 5β7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Note: If the returned item is used or damaged, a deduction may apply based on product condition.
Complaints & Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing care@renuvan.in with your order number and images/videos of the issue.
You are entitled to a free replacement, refund, or repair as per the situation. If a return is required, Renuvan will cover the return shipping cost.
